Sixth Form student receives an award at this years Model United Nations Barcelona 2023
‘Conflict’ was the theme of the 2023 Barcelona MUN conference and delegates from Kensington School as well as from another 20 schools across 8 different countries addressed the challenges of creating peaceful solutions to global problems in the face of conflict and violence.
The conference strives to raise awareness about global issues, incites students to take action, and provides an enriching bonding experience. We are always very happy to send our students as delegates and thank the student-led BCNMUN Executive Board and the wider ASB team for yet another excellent conference.
We were delighted to see that from a field of over 400 delegates, Nicólas in the Upper Sixth received the 'Best Delegate Award'. Representing Albania in the Security Council, he impressed the Chairs with his research, enthusiasm and dogged determination to ensure a balanced and fair resolution was approved.
