Junior 3 Explores Neolithic Life at Parc Arqueològic Mines in Gavà

This month, Junior 3 had an exciting hands-on learning experience with a visit to the Parc Arqueològic Mines in Gavà. As part of their studies in history, geography, and science, the children have been exploring life during the Neolithic Age.

The trip provided an incredible opportunity to deepen their understanding of how people lived during this fascinating period.

At the museum, students discovered the important role rocks played in Neolithic life, from tools to trade. They also took part in interactive workshops, where they crafted their very own Neolithic-style necklaces. This creative activity brought history to life and gave the students a glimpse into the craftsmanship of our ancestors.

The trip was a fantastic way to combine classroom learning with real-world exploration, sparking curiosity and engagement in our young historians and scientists.
