‘Better to die with honour than live with shame’

Junior 5 have been studying the Vikings and this famous motto encapsulates their unique way of living.

Through the use of poems, songs and the history of these intrepid explorers, J5 learnt their many ways and customs. The class even enjoyed a visit from a real life Viking who came to be interviewed by the students and share his views and opinions on Viking life!
