Our A Level French and Art students enjoyed a three day visit to the Côte d’Azur to further support their learning in those two subjects.

They visited the iconic Matisse and Picasso museums in Nice and experienced the museum of ‘La Resistance’ in Antibes. This explains the impact German occupation had on the lives of ordinary French civilians during the Second World War.

Both groups also visited ‘La Parfumerie Fragonnard’, a local perfumery in the emblematic village of Eze, famous for its exotic garden.
