Junior School Summer Camp

Our Junior School students enjoyed a fantastic summer camp on the beautiful Costa Brava, packed with adventure, activity and opportunities to develop their indenpedence.

Throughout the week, children took part in a wide range of exciting water-based activities, including kayaking, diving, and snorkelling, giving them the chance to build new skills and confidence in a stunning natural setting. There were also chances to relax by the pool and enjoy the facilities the site had to offer.

A visit to the water park allowed them to enjoy the thrill of the slides and a boat trip to nearby Palamós, offered a wonderful change of scenery and the chance to enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean coastline.

Beyond the activities themselves, it was fantastic to see how much independence and autonomy the children demonstrated throughout the trip — from getting themselves organised each morning to supporting one another as a group.

The camp was a brilliant opportunity for pupils to step outside their comfort zones, make new memories with friends, and return with a real sense of achievement and pride and for those in J6, a lovely end to the Junior School studies.
