Junior 4 visit the Cacaolat chocolate factory

Our J4 students recently enjoyed an exciting visit to the Cacaolat factory as part of their work on Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl. The trip brought their classroom learning to life, allowing them to see how a much-loved chocolate drink is produced while making meaningful connections to the themes and creativity explored in the story. The visit also supported their Spanish language acquisition, as students engaged with guides, asked questions, and learned new vocabulary related to food production and daily processes. It was a valuable hands-on experience that combined literature, real-world learning, and language development in an engaging and memorable way.

And they all returned with a delicious goody bag as well!
