Form 2 and Form 3 ‘La Celestina’ Spanish Theatre Trip

Students in Form 2 and Form 3 enjoyed a trip to the theatre to watch La Celestina, a classic work of Spanish literature. The play tells the story of Calisto and Melibea, whose relationship is manipulated by Celestina, a cunning and persuasive character whose actions lead to unexpected and tragic consequences.

The performance helped students develop their Spanish listening skills while deepening their understanding of Spanish culture and storytelling. Seeing the play performed live made the language come alive and provided an engaging cultural experience beyond the classroom.
