Thank you Wendy!
Miss Wendy joined Kensington School in 1981 and has been inspiring young minds ever since.
At the end of year celebration lunch, we said our goodbyes to those colleagues leaving the school and in particular those who after many years were retiring, Wendy Brownhill and Linda Housley - our two longest serving teachers.
For the past 42 years, the name Wendy has resonated with children from around the world and many have a Miss Wendy memory of their own. Whilst we must prepare for a Kensington life without her, we didn't want the name to be forgotten and the Early Years playground that she made her own, is now named after her.
