Students from Kensington School recently returned from a memorable ski trip to the Pyrenees resort of Espot. The trip brought together most of our Senior School students, creating a wonderful opportunity to develop friendships and share experiences beyond the classroom.

Snow conditions throughout the week were excellent, allowing groups to make the most of their time on the slopes. Whether building confidence on beginner runs or refining technique on more challenging pistes, students showed determination, teamwork, and resilience. Instructors praised their positive attitude and willingness to support one another.

One of the highlights of the trip was seeing older and younger students bonding so naturally—encouraging each other during lessons, sharing stories over meals, and celebrating progress at the end of each day. The experience not only developed skiing skills but also strengthened the relationships between students.

We are proud of all the students who took part and grateful to the staff who made the trip possible – in particular the teachers who accompanied them on the trip.  It was a rewarding few days and we are already looking forward to Espot’27.
