48th NABSS Conference (National Association of British Schools in Spain)

Headmaster Duncan Giles was joined by the Head of Junior School, Robbie Ringland, the Head of English Literature, Susan Coffey and our EYFS teacher, Sunny Oh in attending the 48th NABSS conference, themed “Learning Without Borders.”

Over three days, they were able to enjoy an inspiring and highly valuable experience, with colleagues taking part in a range of engaging workshops covering topics such as the use of AI in the classroom, curriculum development in the EYFS phase, and the importance of motivation in creating dynamic and effective learning environments.

And whilst the weather in Sitges was not great, the conference – as it does every year – provided a fantastic opportunity to connect and network with like-minded professionals from British schools across Spain, sharing ideas, experiences, and best practice.

Our thanks to all the exhibitors, without whom the conference would not be such a vibrant and throughly enjoyable experience.
