2026 Examination Results
We are delighted to share this year’s outstanding examination results, which reflect the hard work, resilience, and talent of our students, and the dedication and expertise of our staff who supported them every step of the way. We would also like to thank our parents for their continued confidence in Kensington and their unwavering support of their children throughout their studies.
A Level Results
Our students achieved excellent A Level outcomes this year, with:
19% of grades at A*
55% at A* or A
85% at A*–B
93% at A*–C
Subject highlights:
- Russian and History were outstanding, with 100% and 67% of grades at A* respectively, and every student in both subjects achieving A* or A.
- French produced strong results across the board — every student achieved A* or A.
- Mathematics, our largest cohort (20 students), delivered a strong 35% A* and 85% at A*–B.
- Spanish and Further Maths also stood out, with 100% of students achieving A*–A and A*–B respectively.
GCSE Results
Our GCSE cohort produced equally strong results, with
32% of grades at the top grade 9
56% at grade 8–9
72% at grade 7–9
98% at grade 4 or above — the standard pass threshold.
Subject highlights:
- French and Geography were exceptional, with 100% of students achieving grade 7 or above.
- Spanish was a particular strength, with 77% of students awarded a grade 9.
- Chemistry achieved 37% at grade 9, with 96% of students at grade 4 or above.
- Mathematics, one of our largest subject entries, saw 92% of students achieve grade 6 or above.
Congratulations to all our students on these fantastic achievements. We are incredibly proud of what they have accomplished and wish them every success in the next stage of their journey; our Upper Sixth now progressing to univeristies in the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland and the Netherlands. Our Form 5 students being their A Level studies in our Sixth Form as from 3rd September.
